"The Music of Silence" is based on a book Bocelli wrote about his life.
Trust me on this one. Your going to love this film. "The Music of Silence" is based on a book Bocelli wrote about his life. If you are a fan of Andrea Bocelli, or love music, or maybe your in the mood for a little romance....or ......you just enjoy watching good film making. Of course if you are a fan of Antonio Banderas, and can't forget to mention that Toby Sebastian portrays Andrea. It definitely ups the odds this will make for an enjoyable excursion. A quote: "I believe in letting God's plans run their course and I just trust in him and try to follow the path that he has laid down for me."
Very Enjoable & Inspirational Story
This is not a concert nor an authentic Italian movie experience. This is, however, a remarkable Americanized version of Amos'/Andre's struggles and triumphs in his early life. A must see for fans...and an inspirational story for all.
Silence to Save a Voice
Good story of the discovery of Andrea Bocelli, his youth, the "formative years," and his rise to music fame. There are gaps in the story, so we don't get everything that gets him from one place to another, but we can read between the scenes.
An amazing story.
Thoroughly enjoyable movie. I was worried there would be too much opera but this focussed on his life and challenges.
