Perfect color-filter was used to created a little taste of under lying evil. There is definitely some bad acting going on by most a the cast and background-cast. However the story becomes more an more grim as it develops. It's basic story-line feels realistic bur the corners which the story takes are far-fetched and unrealistic. Yolanthe look beautiful, and she is. Sadly Yolanthe is acting as a police-officer from homicide (and she is not convincing me our ant of the other viewer that she could be a police-officer from homicide. Jackie van Parijs who plays the leading role as both victim and perpetrator does a decent job and is getting better at it as the movies continues. The Cinematographyy is well done, good job by Edwin Donders. Steven De Jong does a good job directing this low-budget movie filmed in the city of Sneak, The Netherlands. It's is almost equal the the book by Judith Visser. The main story is about a girl being bullied at school. She keeps hearing that she is fat. She get's beaten an abused at school. She has this problem but also a problem with missing her dead grandmother (we see grandmother funeral in DAY1 of this movie). Ashe also has a sicking crush on a boy and sees and hears thing that are not there. She slowly transforms herself from victim to something else. Where she will kidnap and overtake the life of a female fellow-student. All in: It'n not great, but a good watch on TV and an okay movie. It feels a bit like a movie for teens, but I as an adult enjoyed it. And PS, I love Rense Westra (the old retired police-officer) as a actor, but this is not his best role!! My advice... just watch it on a weekday-evening to kill some time, expect nothing and be surprised of how good Dutch-Movies are getting. 8 out of 10 point (schould be 7 out of 10) ;)
